In our opinion not all REALTORS® are equal. We mean this in a positive way. In many cases REALTORS® business gravitates towards different markets or segments of Real Estate. We end up "specializing" in these ares sometimes by default sometimes by our own doing. Question is how do you find the agent best suited for your needs? Link 2 realty Ltd can help.
This service will cost you nothing extra. REALTORS® are happy to pay us a referral fee that comes out of the commission they are paid representing you. New business for them they othjerwise may not of received!
I believe in many respects we (REALTORS®) are similar to lawyers or doctors or other professionals.
A doctor typically specializes in a certain area of medicine. If you have a health challenge your GP refers you to a specialist to help you receive the best guidance. Link 2 Realty Ltd. does the same.
A lawyer will often specialize in a certain area of law. A lawyer specializing in one area of law could refer you to a lawyer that concentrates in the area of law you seek help in. Link 2 Realty Ltd. does the same.
It does not matter what company the REALTOR® works for but what does matter is the service they can provide you. Our goal is to offer an agent that works in the area of real estate you require assistance in.
In fact referrals have been an integral part of our industry since well before I started! A REALTOR® in one city may refer you to another REALTOR® in a different city and be paid for making that introduction at no cost to you! When we refer you to another REALTOR® we will hopefully be paid a referral fee from that REALTOR®. It even happens in the same city. I just referred a long time client to a REALTOR® in my city: reason been they specialize in the area of real estate he requires assistance and I believe he will receive better guidance than I can provide.
